About us


Founded in 2007 and based in Cambridge, UK, Elica provides support and development services for an established Patient Administration System, while developing new software applications designed to support and enhance patient care within a Hospital setting.

In addition to application development, we provide technical support and services to NHS Hospital Trusts’ in-house IT departments. In this capacity we have implemented HL7 interfaces between the Patient Administration System and departmental systems to support the Trusts in their day to day business. We have also developed bespoke reports to support continuous improvement programme. Our flexible approach has enabled us to work with other third party suppliers to create solutions for electronic discharge summaries and clinical correspondence.

Elica provides responsive, flexible, friendly and knowledgeable support which enables its customers to do their work. Elica works closely with its customers and partners to produce easy to use, adaptable software, with a focus on providing simple solutions to their problems.
